The mission of the Security and OTA Working Group (Security/OTA WG) is to develop security-by-design requirements in vehicle lifecycle management and specifications for the MIH Open EV Platform platforms.

Scope
The scope of the Security/OTA WG is:
- Define and Standardize APIs between security solution partners and MIH Open Open EV Platform and provide Common protocols to exchange data.
- Engage ecosystem to develop reference implementations and solutions to adapt to MIH Open Open EV Platform platform with different solution partners.
- Define API and standard based on international regulation compliance as the first priority.
Logistics
- Meetings will be conducted online (e.g. Zoom)
- Meetings are expected to occur bi-weekly for 1 hour
- Meeting times will be determined based on WG participants time zones

Documentation of the specifications:
- APIs between MIH Open Open EV Platform and Security and OTA solutions partners.
- Development and validation requirements and procedures
- Implementation Release from partners in security working group
